Alana
draws from a number of different
counselling approaches; however,
she specializes in the following:
Emotion-focused
Couples Therapy: used primarily
with couples, but core ideas
can be transferred to individual
work as well. This theory is
used to reduce stress, as well
as to create healthier and stronger
relationships.
Internal
Family Systems: used primarily
with individuals. We are complex
human beings, and this theory
allows you to begin to understand
the many parts of yourself in
a unique and healing manner.
Alana
has a Master's in counselling
psychology, a Bachelor of Arts
degree in psychology, and is
an insured associate member
of the Professional Association
